Fabulous children's story

Wish these weren't out of print. FABULOUS, Christian worldview, children stories. Not bloody and graphic like other Lawhead books -- these (all 3 Riverbank series books) are truly for children -- to be read out loud or for elementary aged children to read on their own. [Of course we love many of the other Lawhead books for adults and teens and were thrilled to find these for our children 15 - 20 years ago.] SO glad there are used copies out there now for our grandchildren.

Great read aloud

This is a wonderful story. I read it with my seven year old and we both loved it. It is a story of how kindness can turn a bad situation around. A moral tale that is not moralistic. I would have given it 5 stars but there are frequent typos in the electronic version.
